At what time is the room available?
We will be happy to make a room available as soon as our guests arrive. When all rooms have been occupied we take care to prepare, by noon, the rooms of those guests who left early in the morning.
What time do I have to vacate the room?
We ask those guests who are checking out to vacate their rooms by 12.00 noon. If this is not possible we ask guests to inform reception.
Can I leave luggage in the hotel?
Luggage may be left in the luggage storeroom until collection.
From what time is breakfast served?
By 07.00 the croissants are baked and the buffet is fully laid out.
Where can I leave a vehicle?
The hotel has its own car park (without attendant) as well as some spaces in a garage: during the booking process a request can be made to reserve a space in the garage.
Is it possible to connect to the internet?
On the writing-desk of every room is a modem socket that allows you to connect your computer to the telephone line.
In the foyer there are two multimedia points where you can access the internet using a hotel computer.
Is there a shuttle service to/from the airport?
We do not offer a shuttle service, although on request we can provide a car service for your journeys and excursions. There is, however, a shuttle service called Aerobus that goes to the airport, and that stops every half an hour at the Ospedale Maggiore.
Is there a shuttle service to/from the exhibition centre?
During major trade shows we organise a transfer service to and from the area of the exhibition centre, that can in any case be reached by public transport or by taxi.
